We spend a lot of our precious spare time (and sometimes loved ones’ too!) on tri so we need to be really enjoying it right?! So.... here at Mojo we are committed to working around you, your unique lifestyle and personal commitments. Through progressive training plans, preventing you getting injured, overwhelmed, burnt out or plateau, I am excited to help you achieve your Tri potential. Baseline data and regular performance reviews are important, but equally so is ensuring your enjoyment of the sport and the process. This is where a coach can help you, so the finish line is all yours!
As for me and tri? Well I started as a total rookie 10 years ago, not knowing one end of a bike from the other, and loved every minute of learning this addictive sport. Now with several sprints, 70.3’s, marathons & Iron Distance races under my belt, including 70.3 Worlds, 2 trips to Kona and Silver and Bronze in World ITU races, I am so excited about the prospect of meeting you to discuss how Mojo coaching may help you this season and beyond.
