But why just women?
All too often I hear people say they aren’t sure about coaching, questioning if they are fast enough, serious enough, fit enough. Sadly, I hear this mostly from women.
I feel strongly that some women have different needs to their male counterparts in terms of physiology, psychology, lifestyles, fears and passions. Therefore a focussed female centred approach would be beneficial and more accessible to some female athletes, so they can Unleash their Mojo!
I have 20 years experience working in Sport, 10 years in Sport Development, working on projects involving gender equality and female role models, 12 years competing in triathlon and 41 years of being a woman myself!
